Both refineries are in a position to guarantee the supply of fuel in the face of new demands for the signing of new contracts in the Tank-to-Tank modalities, for customers with tanks in the city of Houston (Texas) or Tank-to-Vessel for buyers who require maritime freight.
Due to the high number of fake buyers and product shortages around the world, Ibegas requires the identification of the final buyer for study prior to any contact.
